The SSC/BPO team consists of experienced consultants specialized in conducting advanced recruitment processes for shared services and outsourcing centres. Our consultants are experienced in recruiting candidates for existing structures, as well as newly-established centres – green-field investments, providing clients with assistance in creating the structure of new shared services centres. Swift identification of suitable candidates is made possible by our consultants’ wide range of expertise which includes: accounting and finance, banking, HR, CS, logistics and purchasing. This allows us to quickly deliver recommendations to our clients - usually a few hours after the recruitment project commences. Bea Tolnai entered the world of recruitment in 2015, as a researcher agency side. She has worked in several sectors and areas as a junior, then moved to corporate side, where she experienced the dynamic and multicultural everyday life SSCs along with specific operations. She also gained significant experience in the field of employee branding, so she considers candidate experience to be particularly important in the selection process. She joined the Enloyd team in April 2021, focusing on SSC and Corporate positions.
