Bea Tolnai entered the world of recruitment in 2015, as a researcher agency side. She has worked in several sectors and areas as a junior, then moved to corporate side, where she experienced the dynamic and multicultural everyday life SSCs along with specific operations. She also gained significant experience in the field of employee branding, so she considers candidate experience to be particularly important in the selection process. She joined the Enloyd team in April 2021, focusing on SSC and Corporate positions.
