(registered seat: 1062 Budapest, Aradi utca 8-10.  company reg. no.: 01-09-202847, tax number: 25151921-2-41, hereinafter: the “Company”),  as well as to your use of services and information available at the Site. By visiting and using the Site, you agree to and will be bound by these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”).

Please note that we may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, or to any of the services offered on the Site, for any reason, whether business or technical.

I.                General Terms and Conditions of Use

You shall refrain from any act or conduct aimed at or suitable for disrupting the proper working of the Site, modifying its content, and unlawfully removing or obtaining data from it, including in particular sending or uploading materials which may potentially contain malware or malicious code.

By using the Site or browsing its content, you expressly agree that any content you share or post may be disclosed to third parties.

You agree that our Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, block your future access to the Site, remove any disputed content you posted on the Site and/or even take legal actions, as necessary, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, disclosed false data, committed unlawful act, insulted other users, or posted inappropriate content.
