2.Should I send in my CV even if there currently are no openings that fit my profile?
It is always a good idea to create a Candidate Profile on our website. Your CV will be added to our database which we use to search for suitable candidates. If your profile fits the criteria of a recruiting project, our consultant will find your CV in the database and contact you with a job offer. We encourage you to allow us to send personalized Job Alerts. You will then be notified about new job offers that may interest you.

3.What does a typical Enloyd recruiting process look like?
Each process consists of a series of stages. In-depth descriptions of each stage can be found in the Recruiting Process tab. Each project is different and depends on the prospective employer's needs and requirements. The most frequently used methods of candidate verification include: job interviews, Assessment Centers, psychometric tests and contacting references, including former employers and co-workers.

4.Can Enloyd help me land my first job?
Most of our recruiting is for mid- and senior-level specialist roles requiring candidates to have at least 2 years of prior work experience, although SSC/BPO companies sometimes have openings for inexperienced candidates. Also, we sometimes require candidates with very rare qualifications, so that your education alone may be the decisive factor, even if you do not have prior any work experience. We would like to encourage you to create a Candidate Profile and regularly check on the job listings posted on our website.

5.Am I required to pay a fee in order to take part in Enloydrecruiting projects?
Polish regulations prohibit recruiting agencies from charging such fees. All services provided during the cooperation between Enloyd recruiters and candidates, including promoting candidates on the job market, guiding them through recruiting processes and giving them career advice, will be free of charge.

6.Do you have access to data on average professional salaries?
Enloyd consultants specialize in certain industries and have exhaustive knowledge of their markets, including average salaries in specific roles. Enloyd also runs an annual salary survey titled Enloyd Salary Report - Salaries Offered to Professionals and Managers. The report compares salaries across various disciplines and sectors in Poland. 7.Do you also seek candidates for foreign employment?
We are an international company with a presence in 35 countries. We do most of our recruiting for openings in Poland, but sometimes we do seek candidates for foreign employment. We closely cooperate with consultants from across the glove and will be happy to recommend you as a candidate for foreign employment.

8.Why do you recommend uploading CVs in the .doc format?
All CVs are put into our database which consultants use to search for suitable candidates. The .doc format works best with the search mechanisms that we use to screen CV contents and thus allows us to easily find the right candidates. 9.Do you accept candidates who operate their own business
Employers value and often prefer entrepreneurial candidates. It all depends on what your company does and the candidate profile that we have in mind for a given process. Hands-on business experience is a big plus in some cases. Furthermore, many companies now prefer to hire professionals on the basis of contracts which usually requires candidates to be self-employed. 11.Do I need to speak fluent English in order to take part in your recruiting processes?
English skills are important. We are an international company and often seek candidates for multinational companies. English is required in most roles. Therefore, we need to assess your English before we will be able to recommend you as a candidate. Some of our clients do not even speak Polish and you will not be able to communicate if you cannot speak English.

V případě 100% práce na dálku v sektoru SSC je požadovaná úroveň cizího jazyka zpravidla minimálně B2/C1 a angličtina minimálně na úrovni B2.
