Sales Administration Coordinator

Reporting line: Financial Controller in PL
Size of the local team in HU: 10 people
Main responsibilities:
· prepare and manage finance & sales data for controlling department
· coordination of documentation flow (mails, invoices, agreements) and accurate document registry
· supervising correctness of invoices
· cooperation with external providers: accounting, payroll, banks, leasing company (cars), IT support, insurance company, legal
· coordinate repairs maintenance, and insurance of the office premises
· collecting the input for payroll company (e.i. timesheets)
· handling contract administration and onboarding process
Requirements:
· min. 2 years professional experience in sales support, finance support, administration support or similar roles, especially in:
-close cooperation with finance department
-supervising external service providers
- direct contact with clients
· fluent English (daily cooperation with Poland)
· good Excell skills
· educational background: financial, business administration
· understanding of data confidentiality
· people person as the job is a lot about working with other human beings :)
