Customer Success Specialist

 

Our partner creates makes modern professional geodetic equipment for highly accurate measurements. Their devices are used worldwide for surveying, to create maps and digital terrain models, for archaeological excavations and scientific research. Not only do they develop hardware and software, they also constantly communicate with our users and regularly receive feedback.

 

Responsibilities:

  • responding to emails from customers seeking assistance during their first post-sale stage — onboarding period;
  • identifying the goal that the customer wants to achieve with our products and helping them to reach it;
  • participating in building and improving customer success workflows in the team;
  • helping customers resolve basic technical support inquiries and escalating the difficult ones to the technical support team in a timely manner;
  • recommending changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs;
  • developing onboarding educational content and email chains with Technical writers, Design, and Marketing teams.

 

What we expect from you:

  • experience as a Customer Success Specialist;
  • English fluency, both written and spoken;
  • strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills;
  • understanding of customer service practices.
