Transport Operations Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled professional in the field of road transport who would gladly take on the coordination of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Accountable for achieving the business targets of your team
▪ Support the expansion of our customer and subcontractor portfolio
▪ Participate actively in the processing and implementation of tenders
▪ Maintain daily contact with internal departments and international offices
▪ Analyze team performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
▪ Plan team operations and monitor efficiency
▪ Supervise monthly financial closings
▪ Recommend improvements for team performance and process efficiency
▪ Review rate agreements and pricing structures

We’re looking for you if you have:

▪ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in road transportation or freight forwarding
▪ Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
▪ A “can do” attitude in your day-to-day work
▪ Confident written and spoken English skills
▪ Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
