We’re on the hunt for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Supply Planning Specialist to join our Budapest team on a temporary contract.

What Will You Do?

Here’s a taste of what your days will look like:

• Manage supply planning for Ambient Brands—ensuring the shelves are stocked just right, every time.
• Forward annual production requests, define (and redefine!) weekly production needs, and communicate these via SAP APO.
• Keep a close eye on production and factory stocks—prioritize incoming shipments and address any hiccups head-on.
• If something’s off with stock levels, you’ll dig into the root causes, pull in the right colleagues, and map out solutions.
• Prepare and share regular, insightful reports—if items are problematic, you’ll escalate when it matters.
• Lead weekly consensus meetings and align with Sales, Demand Planning, and Marketing to keep everyone in the loop.
• Track, analyze, and improve service levels—preparing snappy presentations and actionable plans.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related
• 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning (bonus points for FMCG!)
• Confident English—both written and spoken
• Excel skills that impress your friends
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO is a big plus
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and proactively tackle problems
• Team player mindset and sharp communication chops
• Organized, persistent, and focused on getting results
