Sales & OP Manager

• Implementation and development: of a Sales & Operations Planning structure for coordinating and monitoring the order plan.
• Data analysis and transparency: Conducting consistent and precise statistics, reviews, and analyses to improve transparency in capacity management, inventory forecasting, and capital efficiency.
• Forecast optimization: Analysis of forecast dynamics and continuous optimization of the forecasting process.
• Monitoring delivery reliability: Monitoring adherence to delivery schedules and communication with sales and customers.
• Cross-department coordination: Coordination with sales, engineering, work preparation, procurement, production, commissioning, and service.
• ERP system support: Supporting the expansion of the ERP system for managing Sales & Operations Planning processes.
• Supply chain optimization: Diagnosing and managing performance potentials in supply chain planning.
• Achieving growth goals: Co-responsible for achieving our growth targets.

• Academic background: Degree (Bachelor/Master) in business, finance, engineering, or similar fields.
• Project experience: Experience in project management.
• Analytical skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them precisely.
• Strategic thinking: Analytical and strategic thinking, results-oriented, reliable.
• Flexibility and commitment: High flexibility, dedication, and enjoyment in working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Language skills: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Technical know-how: Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
