Process Engineer (Wire Bonding)

Right now, we’re looking for a proactive and curious professional to join their Hungarian manufacturing site as a

• Setting up and improving production processes
• Looking for smarter, faster, and more automated ways to get things done
• Working with specs and figuring out the best technical solutions
• Using structured tools like 8D, 5W, Ishikawa or SWOT to solve problems and reduce risks
• Spotting areas where quality can be improved – with an eye on cost, yield and key performance indicators
• Helping choose suppliers and calculate ROI for new machines or upgrades
• Supporting and driving the rollout of technical projects
• Creating and updating work instructions, and helping others understand technical rules and standards
• Making sure all documentation is up to date and compliant

• You have a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• You’ve worked in a similar role for about 3–5 years
• You’re comfortable with technologies like wire bonding, robotics, PLCs, AOI, sensors and automated systems
• You speak English fluently – especially when it comes to technical stuff
• You enjoy digging into problems, finding smart solutions, and thinking a few steps ahead
• You like working with others and being part of a cross-functional team
