Our international logistics partner provides a wide range of services to their well-established, international and global clients: e-commerce, road, air and sea transport, contract logistics, supply chain optimization or warehousing. Thanks to their global presence, they are one of the dominant players in the market. We are looking for a new colleague for the following position:

 

Freight Forwarding Specialist (LCL)

Responsibilites:

 

·        You carry out full-scale administration related to sea shipments,

·        You are in contact with customers, shipping companies, subcontractors, internal partnering departments and foreign partner offices,

·        You issue outgoing invoices, check incoming invoices,

·        You provide full customer service activities,

·        You perform administrative tasks related to shipments, prepare statements,

·        You handle any complaints that may arise.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·        Ideally you have prior experience in sea freight forwarding field,

·        You speak and write English confidently, we use our systems mainly in English,

·        You know the MS 365 applications at the user level,

·        You are precise and exacting about your work, and you act proactively

·        Your communication is thoughtful and understandable, characterized by a service provider approach,

·        You strive to solve problems effectively and as soon as possible, you handle stressful situations well.
