For our Swiss based client from finance sector we are looking for a colleague for the following role:
Client support manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Written and telephone communication with clients on a daily basis
- High-level service to debt collection clients and admission of new ones
- Different tasks related to customer service in the internal system (Recash)
- Manage invoices and preparing monthly statements
- Handle compliances and customer data maintenance (CRM)
- Request and record documentation
- Other administrative tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent professional German knowledge (spoken and written) is a must
- Intermediate English knowledge
- French and Italian knowledge is an advantage
- Degree in economics and relevant working experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills
