Client Care Manager

For our Swiss based client from finance sector we are looking for a colleague for the following role:

 

Client support manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Written and telephone communication with clients on a daily basis
• High-level service to debt collection clients and admission of new ones
• Different tasks related to customer service in the internal system (Recash)
• Manage invoices and preparing monthly statements
• Handle compliances and customer data maintenance (CRM)
• Request and record documentation
• Other administrative tasks

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent professional German knowledge (spoken and written) is a must
• Intermediate English knowledge
• French and Italian knowledge is an advantage
• Degree in economics and relevant working experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
