In this Antal ESG report for 2022, we have summarized the highlights of our activities in the areas of social responsibility, corporate governance and environmental protection (ESG).  It is the first Antal ESG Report prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) international reporting standard, which we consciously decided to publish earlier, before it became mandatory. The purpose of the Report is to present our approach to conducting business and show a strategic view of the future. 

As a result of our dialogue with stakeholders in 2022, we prepared a list of relevant subjects, which became the basis for developing an ESG strategy for 2022-2025. The report contains the most relevant issues that have the greatest impact on our company or over which we have the greatest influence. 

Dear Sir/ Madam, 

at Antal, we implement our strategy in a socially responsible manner. Carrying out activities for the development of entrepreneurship and the reduction of unemployment are embedded in the company's values and organizational culture. We are an organization that actively works for the development of its environment, supporting positive social change. We share the knowledge, skills and talents of experts and develop our initiatives in those areas where we can contribute to real change. Antal's social responsibility is about providing equal opportunities, shaping the labor market, educating future and current entrepreneurs on topics that address the most sensitive social challenges, and taking initiatives for the benefit of local communities. We carry out our activities within the framework of Antal's ESG Strategy 2022- 2025 commitments.  

We believe that one dimension of our responsibility is to address important social topics in our communications. In doing so, we want to draw public attention to important phenomena, contribute to the formation of positive social attitudes and change the world in which we live. 

I am very pleased to present to you the Antal ESG Report for 2022. The report summarizes the actions we have taken in the areas of social responsibility, corporate governance and the environment.   

The Report presented here is our first ESG Report and is prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative’s international reporting standard. The Report also includes references to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As a human resource consulting company shaping trends in the labor market, we realize that we not only have a responsibility, but also an opportunity to carry out real changes that affect the environment, so - as the first HR company in Poland - we consciously decided to start ESG reporting earlier, before it becomes mandatory.
