Vice President of the Management Board of Antal, a leading HR consulting firm specializing in permanent recruitment, talent outsourcing, and human-driven business process improvement in international organizations. A graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków & participant in Queen Hedvig Academy development programs. Since 2005, he has been with ANTAL International, creating the Engineering & Operations Division, whose efficient development contributed to the company's significant growth and was the cornerstone in opening Antal's regional offices. He initiated and organized the EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT structures supporting Polish entrepreneurs whose names appear on the Forbes 100 list in the recruitment of top executives. He also served as a manager providing operational support for the development of Enloyd's structures in Hungary and assisted in scaling the consulting startup NALU Experts, which implements business transformation projects using the Expert as a Service formula. Since 2015, Vice President of the Management Board, and since 2019, a shareholder in the Antal Group.
