Who We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves primarily as a maintenance expert rather than a facility manager. While facility oversight is part of the position, the main focus is keeping critical automated equipment running reliably.
We're looking for a practical, hands-on professional who enjoys being close to the operation, is not afraid to get involved personally when issues arise, and has the initiative to build processes, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Candidates coming from Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Automation Engineer, Technical Operations Lead, or Field Service Engineer backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
